PDW Completes Acquisition of Vanteon

PDW today completed its previously announced acquisition of Vanteon, a Rochester, New York-based engineering company specializing in RF systems, software-defined radios, FPGA development, and advanced communications technologies.

The acquisition expands PDW's communications engineering capabilities and adds approximately 40 engineers and technical professionals to the organization.
